You’ll move through slow-paced sequences and deep stretches that target the hip flexors, glutes, lower back, and inner thighs, areas where we often hold stress and tightness. Perfect for anyone looking to improve hip flexibility and mobility, counteract the effects of sitting, or simply enjoy a soothing, nourishing practice.
