Want to learn to fly? Join me for this dynamic class where you'll build the strength, technique, and confidence needed to lift off into exciting poses that will transform your yoga practice.

In this comprehensive session, you'll explore foundational arm balances such as Crow Pose along with preparatory poses that build the necessary core strength and shoulder stability. The instructor will break down each pose with clear, step-by-step guidance, teaching you proper hand placement, weight distribution, and the subtle shifts that make "flying" possible.

Whether you're an experienced yogi looking to refine your arm balance technique or someone who's always wondered what it feels like to balance on your hands, this class meets you where you are. We'll cover essential warm-up sequences, strengthening exercises, and cooling stretches, plus modifications and progressions so everyone can participate safely and successfully.

You'll learn valuable techniques for overcoming common challenges like fear of falling forward, building wrist and shoulder strength, and finding your center of gravity. By the end of class, you'll have practical tools to continue developing your arm balance practice at home.
